How to Set Up an HTML Form

Using an HTML form lets you capture leads with your own custom form. You need to add the form to Quizitri before you connect it to your quizzes, so here's how:

1. In the Dashboard, click HTML Forms in the left hand menu.
2. Click New Form.
3. Enter a name for your form, and paste the HTML markup in the box. Click Create.

Your form is now added to Quizitri, and you can now select it from your quizzes' Lead Capture options.

Note: We do not recommend using Mailerlite HTML forms as they are not compatible with Quizitri
