When You Find That Your Quiz Restarts, Rather than Providing an Outcome to Your Quiz-taker:

Sometimes your quiz may restart your quiz by returning your quiz-taker to the Start Page of your quiz again, rather than providing them with an Outcome.  In this tutorial, we will show you a way to troubleshoot this, to prevent this from happening and to ensure that your quiz-taker will receive their outcome, rather than restarting the quiz again.

Check to Make Sure Your Quiz is Ended

The first thing to check is to ensure that your quiz is setup to end.

You can set answers to certain questions to end your quiz whenever you wish.  However, you should have all the answers for your very last question of your quiz, set to 'end quiz here.'  This will let Quizitri know to end your quiz, and to provide your quiz-taker with the appropriate outcome.

Be sure to republish your quiz after setting your answers on the last question to 'end quiz here.'

If this does not resolve the issue and your quiz continues to go to the start page, instead of providing your quiz-taker an outcome, please contact our support team.
